*Amended Arrival date must be within 24 months of your original holiday date

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOLIDAY PROTECTION COVER
With the Holiday Protection Cover, you can claim a refund if you need to cancel due to one of the following qualifying reasons only:

- Sickness or serious injury, redundancy, or jury service of any person in your holiday party
- Death of any person in your holiday party or immediate family
- Cancellation of a private event being held at The Pier House Bar & Bistro or The Waterfront Inn
- ALL claims must be substantiated with documentary evidence (i.e., Dr’s certificate) before a refund can be processed

- If you cancel your holiday 42+ days before arrival, you can claim a full refund less the cost of the Holiday Protection Cover.
- If you cancel your holiday between 8 – 41 days before arrival, you can claim a refund less the cost of the Holiday Protection Cover and the deposit amount paid at the time of booking.
- If you cancel your holiday less than 7 days before arrival, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you can still change the dates of your stay up to 48 hours before your original arrival date.
- If you choose not to take out the holiday protection cover any alterations to your booking will incur a £25 administration fee per alteration. If you need to cancel your booking, regardless of the reason for cancellation, any monies paid will be forfeited and will not be refunded. Credits will not be issued.
