Boasting exquisite design and bespoke finishes throughout with unparalleled sea views. Completing this delightful apartment, bifold glass doors create a seamless transition from the interior living space to a plentiful outside balcony with sun loungers, seating and a dining area.
As you enter the apartment, which is located on the first floor, straight in front of you, you will discover the light and airy twin bedroom offering twin beds that can be zip locked into a double. Sea views can be enjoyed from the windows in this bedroom. The master bedroom is complete with a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen wall-mounted TVs. Both bedrooms offer a relaxing environment to relax and unwind and enjoy a great night’s sleep.
Heading down the hallway to your left is the spacious bathroom, with a WC and a large walk-in shower equipped with digital temperature control and the choice of two shower heads to enjoy a revitalizing shower.
Following on through the apartment you are welcomed by the delightful open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner.
The living area is stylishly designed for optimum comfort.
The kitchen, with an electric oven and induction hob, has integrated appliances throughout which include a full-size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, microwave and a large capacity wine fridge. The addition of a Nespresso coffee machine complete with refills to enjoy at any time of the day.
The lounge area allows you to relax and enjoy the stunning sea views from the comfort of the sofa. Enjoy complimentary WiFi and connect your devices to listen to music from the Sony Sound Bar or sign in to your own Netflix account or other streaming channels on the Smart TV. Blue-Ray and DVD player are also provided.
There are a choice of dining options including the breakfast bar on the kitchen island, the dining table or perhaps enjoy breakfast on the veranda overlooking the beach.
Completing this delightful space are bifold patio doors leading out onto the veranda from which guests can enjoy the impressive views from the bistro-style table and chairs or zero gravity sun loungers.
There is parking provided for 2 cars at The Waterfront Inn located across the road.
The apartment is in a fantastic location in Westward Ho! for accessing both the beach and the village. Westward Ho! offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and boutique shops. There is a surf school, horse riding and the championship golf course; Royal North Devon. The wider Bideford Bay includes the nearby villages of Appledore and Instow – both within a short drive away and well worth a visit.
1 CONDITION OF BOOKING
1.1 No. 1 The Prom (Braddicks Leisure) will be available from 3.00 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
1.2 Bookings will only be accepted if at least one member of the party staying is 18 years old or over.
1.3 A deposit of £250 will be required at the time of making your reservation.
1.4 Bookings will only be confirmed when the deposit has been paid.
1.5 All bookings made less than 6 weeks (42 days) prior to arrival will require full payment at the time of booking.
1.6 We reserve the right to cancel your holiday, re-let the accommodation and retain the deposit if we do not receive full payment 42 days prior to arrival.
2 CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
2.1 For cancellations made over 6 weeks (42 days) from the due date of arrival, we will retain your £250 deposit.
2.2 For cancellations made less than 6 weeks (42 days) from the due date of arrival, all monies paid to date will be retained by Braddicks Leisure Ltd.
2.3 All cancellations must be notified by written confirmation. It is in your best interests to advise of your cancellation as soon as possible.
3 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
3.1 Braddicks Leisure will not accept liability to any person staying at Number 1 The Prom for any personal injury, fatal or nonfatal, or for persons coming into the premises at the guest’s request.
3.2 Braddicks Leisure will not accept liability for any loss or damage for anything brought onto the premises, including motor vehicles, personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused, or for persons coming onto the premises at the guest’s request.
3.3 If you have an accident at the premises (in the accommodation or in the grounds), you must inform us immediately where practical, but not later than your departure. If you do not inform us prior to your departure, the ability for us to investigate could be severely hampered. Therefore, unless there is a valid reason for such delay in advising then any complaint or claim may not be dealt with.
3.4 Braddicks Leisure is relieved of all liability should the accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. You will be refunded in full. Please note that you will have no additional claim against Braddicks Leisure.
3.5 If a guest causes a nuisance, or a danger to others or employees of Braddicks Leisure Ltd, or damage to our property, we reserve the right to terminate the stay without notice, and without compensation or refund whatsoever.
3.6 Both parties shall be released from their respective obligations in the event of national emergency, war, prohibitive government regulations or of any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the parties, or either of them renders the performance of the agreement impossible.
3.7 Please note we have a strict No Smoking policy inside the apartment.
3.8 Reservations will not be held after midnight on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made with a booking office representative on 01237 473263 (option 1). If notification of your late arrival is not received we will assume that the holiday is cancelled and the total cost of the holiday will be retained.
3.9 Prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend this or any other tax element in the event of a tax change.
